Schedule: Full-Time 36 hrs/week
Day/Night Shifts Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
Position Summary:
As a Registered Nurse you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Youll work in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and professional development collaborating with a diverse interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care: assessment planning intervention evaluation and education
- Collaborate with care teams patients and families to deliver evidence-based care
- Delegate appropriate tasks to other licensed/unlicensed personnel
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Use and interpret hospital-based electronic health systems
- Maintain compliance with hospital and unit-specific protocols and policies
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Massachusetts (required)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience (preferred)
- BLS certification (required)
- ACLS certification (required for applicable units)
- ASN Diploma or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred; required within 4 years if not held)
- Strong communication critical thinking and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform essential physical functions of the role
- Basic computer proficiency
- Multilingual skills a plus
