About the Channel:
Patrol Stories is a YouTube channel dedicated to real-life police incidents and crime stories bringing engaging and informative content to a global audience.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead and oversee the entire content production cycle of Patrol Stories from story selection and scripting to video production and team management. The ideal candidate must have a strong creative vision leadership skills and deep experience in digital content creation (preferably for YouTube). This is a full-time office-based role in Gurgaon (Monday Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Ideation: Develop and oversee the content roadmap for the YouTube channel selecting engaging real-life police stories that align with the channel s vision.
- Story & Script Development: Ensure compelling storytelling through structured scripts and well-researched narratives.
- Team Management: Lead the creative team scriptwriters editors and video production staff to deliver high-quality content on schedule.
- Production Oversight: Supervise the entire video production process ensuring smooth from concept to final output.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistency in visual aesthetics tone and brand identity across all videos.
- Trend Analysis & Optimization: Monitor YouTube trends audience insights and analytics to refine content strategy for better engagement.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing editing and graphics teams to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in content creation creative direction or video production (preferably in YouTube / digital media.
- Strong storytelling scriptwriting and video production knowledge.
- Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in documentary-style crime or investigative content is a plus.
- Familiarity with YouTube trends SEO and audience engagement strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in Media Film Communications or a relevant field.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Work from Office).
