Job Description

Job Title: US Sales Recruiter

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source potential candidates from job boards (Dice Monster Indeed LinkedIn etc. referrals and internal databases.

  • Screen candidates based on job requirements work authorization (H1B GC USC OPT CPT TN) and experience level.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills availability and salary expectations.

2. End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Work with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.

  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant responses.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

  • Provide interview coaching and feedback to candidates.

  • Follow up with candidates after interviews and ensure smooth onboarding.

3. Negotiation & Offer Management

  • Negotiate salary benefits and contract terms (C2C W2 1099 with candidates.

  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.

  • Handle background checks paperwork and pre-employment formalities.

4. Client & Vendor Interaction

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients hiring managers and vendors.

  • Work with Tier 1 vendors direct clients and MSPs (Managed Service Providers) for staffing needs.

  • Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to clients.

5. Market Research & Talent Pipeline Management

  • Keep track of industry trends salary benchmarks and skill demands.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools to manage candidate data and recruitment workflow.

  • Strong networking skills to build connections in the industry.
