Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business.
  • Conduct detailed market research to discover emerging trends and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotions.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle objections effectively and work towards closing deals.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations while conducting sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn about the fashion industry.
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
