OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a proactive detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcing & Content Assistant to support our Managing Director and Recruitment Lead in sourcing top-tier candidates and maintaining our digital presence. This is a dynamic and remote full-time role that blends recruitment operations candidate engagement and content support. You ll play a crucial part in reducing operational load while driving measurable outcomes in talent acquisition and content delivery.
This role exists to streamline candidate sourcing and communication on behalf of the Managing Director while also helping to manage recruitment content across social channels. It s ideal for someone with a background in recruitment support and digital coordination who thrives in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter SEEK Talent Search Bullhorn JobAdder and job boards
Read job briefs and extract key criteria to inform outreach
Act on behalf of the MD to engage candidates via direct messaging and email
Track outreach activity and manage responses within ATS (Bullhorn/JobAdder)
Screen resumes filter applications and compile shortlist reports
Write publish and manage job ads across platforms
Administer pre-employment checks (police credit) and compliance documentation
Conduct weekly research to identify potential clients and live job leads
Generate weekly lead reports and insights on market trends
Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest system/process improvements
Edit podcast episodes and repurpose long-form content into branded short videos using CapCut Canva Opus Clip or Descript
Add subtitles overlays and templates to align with branding
Maintain and schedule content 3 months ahead via Hootsuite (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook TikTok etc.)
Track campaign performance and generate monthly social media engagement reports
Support the marketing team with campaign material organization and general admin
Assist the MD with process documentation and internal systems setup
Create Loom videos and how-to guides for internal use
Contribute to transition efforts (e.g. migration to Loxo)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone who has:
2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or support preferably in an agency or BPO setting
Familiar with ATS tools like Bullhorn or JobAdder and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or SEEK Talent
Strong written and spoken English with a professional tone in messaging
Organized and analytical; capable of assessing role-candidate fit from job descriptions
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and workflows
Experienced in basic video editing and social content scheduling

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary: P55000 monthly average basic /$9
