Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies that support branding and marketing goals including but not limited to the company website landing pages company blog social media profiles and business platforms.
- Enhancing brand awareness engagement and lead generation through strategic content marketing.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across the companys social media profiles.
- Monitor and assess content performance metrics to refine strategies and foster ongoing improvement.
- Establish long-term and short-term content publishing calendars and a social media calendar.
- Create new content in multiple formats such as text images videos and audio overseeing a team of freelancers and in-house content creators.
- Promote the adoption of new content technologies in particular AI to improve efficiency and quality.
- Efficiently oversee editorial schedules and production timelines.
- Ensure the companys website and other institutional representation content align with brand voice relevance and optimization.
- Research competitors to identify content and keyword gaps the company has not addressed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to strengthen our brands competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Have worked for over 5 years as a content manager content strategist or in a similar capacity.
- Avanced english. Proficient in written and verbal communication with a firm grasp of grammar and language and able to write complex technical content that sounds natural to native speakers.
- Proven capability in producing top-notch compelling SEO-friendly content for digital platforms.
- Exhibit cultural understanding and sensitivity to customize content based on our target audiences preferences interests and subtleties.
- Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and possess basic HTML skills.
- Strong skills in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Possess an analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and enhance content performance.
- Self-driven proactive and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
