- 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst Analysis
As a Business Requirement Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing developing and enhancing workflows to ensure alignment with organizational goals and enhance overall effectiveness. You will collaborate with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes propose innovative solutions and design mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Commercial Aerospace.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
