Job Role: Data Engineering Professionals

- The candidate must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering with Java or Python Development.
As an Application Lead you will be responsible for leading the design development and configuration of applications serving as the primary point of contact. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with multiple teams to ensure project milestones are achieved facilitating discussions to address challenges and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. Additionally you will participate in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will play a crucial part in driving the success of application projects and fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract backend engineers with Java or Python expertise.
- Collaborate with engineering and recruitment teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow and tech forums to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Create compelling content (emails job posts social media snippets) tailored to backend developers.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better reach and conversion.
- Build and maintain a talent community for backend engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of backend technologies especially Java or Python.
- Familiarity with developer ecosystems tools and communities.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign success.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering HR and marketing teams.
- Experience with technologies such as Python Machine Learning Algorithms Optimization Algorithms Rule Mining Model Training/Deployment.
- Experience with technologies such as Computer Vision LLM Statistical Analysis Data Visualization SQL Cloud Platform (Azure) MLOps.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
