Job Description

A leading organisation delivering large-scale sustainability and infrastructure programmes is seeking a Grants & Project Accountant to support the financial management of externally funded projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant administration project-based financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit timely audit-ready grant claims in line with funding agreements
Lead monthly reporting budgeting and forecasting for assigned projects
Coordinate with auditors funders and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance standards
Support project cost capitalisation and improve processes for grant and project reporting

Requirements:
Professional accountancy qualification (ACA ACCA CIMA) or equivalent is desirable
Experience in grant finance project accounting or a similar finance role
Strong understanding of grant compliance budgeting and project accounting principles
Proficient in Excel with experience in Oracle ERP and BI tools (Power BI Oracle BI) an advantage


This role offers excellent exposure to climate and sustainability-focused projects and a hybrid working model (1 day in the office per week).
