Job Description
As an SAP Data Migration Consultant you will:
- Lead SAP ERP data migration and data cleansing initiatives with a focus on SAP MM or SAP SD modules.
- Take ownership of specific SAP data objects (e.g. vendors routings) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business demands into state-of-the-art IT solutions primarily within the SAP landscape.
- Document validate and challenge business requirements and convert them into functional design specs (RICEF Customization Requests).
- Deliver As-Is and To-Be process documentation and assist in developing business cases including IT cost breakdowns.
- Implement and manage data migration within HMI and ERP transformation programs.
- Guide business stakeholders through requirement gathering solution design and deployment phases.
- Support integration with SAP ECC S/4HANA BTP and BNAC environments.
- Ensure adherence to SAP s Keep the Core Clean principle.
- Collaborate in SAFe agile environments and contribute to cross-functional teams.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 7 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP data migration and transformation.
- Specialized knowledge in SAP MM or SAP SD modules.
- Proven expertise in discrete manufacturing industries (especially complex products and low volume).
- Strong functional knowledge in equipment equipment hierarchy equipment BoM asset and configuration management.
- Experience with SAP ECC S/4HANA SAP BTP and SAP BNAC platforms.
- Familiarity with RICEF objects and SAP customization processes.
- Proficiency in documenting and validating functional requirements.
- Experience with SAFe methodologies is a strong plus.

- Drive data migration projects from planning to execution.
- Coach and mentor team members through technical and functional challenges.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly across sectors and negotiate effectively.
- Act proactively to resolve issues ensuring results are delivered on time and to high standards.
