Instruction and Delivery:
They deliver lessons in a clear and engaging manner utilizing various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Teachers assess student learning through various methods including tests quizzes and projects and provide feedback to help students improve.
Classroom Management:
Maintaining a positive and respectful classroom environment is essential which includes managing student behavior and ensuring a safe space for learning.
Communication and Collaboration:
Teachers communicate regularly with parents guardians and other school staff to ensure student success and participate in professional development opportunities.
Adaptability and Individualization:
Teachers adapt their teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of their students including those with special needs.
Professional Development:
