Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in fitting assembling and installing piping systems in industrial or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret piping drawings isometrics and layout plans
Measure cut and fit pipes using hand and power tools
Install and assemble pipes valves and supports as per specifications
Perform threading grooving bending and welding preparation work
Ensure proper alignment and orientation of piping systems
Assist in pressure testing and leak checking of installed lines
Maintain tools and work area in a safe and organized manner
Follow all safety protocols and site instructions
Essential Qualifications
ITI / Trade Certificate in Pipe Fitting or relevant technical training
Basic knowledge of safety standards and piping procedures
Skills Required
Good understanding of piping materials and fittings
Ability to work with various pipe types (carbon steel stainless steel etc.)
Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights
Team player with strong work ethic
Experience in industrial oil & gas or construction projects is preferred
