ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT YOU LL DO
Trend Research & Insight Development
- Continuously monitor global and local trends technologies and cultural shifts across industries
- Curate and synthesize insights into clear actionable opportunities for managed brands
- Maintain a dynamic trend database to fuel ideation and strategic planning
Innovation Strategy & Application
- Develop brand-specific innovation strategies and creative applications
- Empower cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through collaborative brainstorming and planning
- Prepare compelling pitch decks innovation briefs and strategic roadmaps
Case Development & Awards
- Lead the project management and creation of case studies that showcase innovation success
- Craft narratives that highlight strategic thinking creative execution and measurable results
Thought Leadership & Content Creation
- Translate research into whitepapers trend reports newsletters group sessions social posts and LMS course content
Requirements
WHAT YOU LL BRING
- 5 years of experience in strategy innovation trend research or related fields
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities
- Experience crafting briefs decks and strategic documents
- Familiarity with innovation frameworks foresight tools and cultural research
- A proactive self-starting mindset with a passion for future thinking
- Must be willing to work on-site if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
