Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (US Eastern Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break

The company has rapidly expanded recently adding six new clients in just two weeks. Our client is seeking a Grants Manager to support a dynamic mission-driven team. In this role you ll manage client relationships coordinate with the grant writing team and oversee the administrative side of grant applications. There is strong potential for growth including the opportunity to transition into grant writing and full-time work as the agency continues to scale.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery
Coordinate workflows and task management with the grant writing team to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines
Set up and manage grant application portals including creating access credentials and facilitating smooth handoffs to writers
Maintain and update client contracts and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Support proposal development and setup processes to streamline grant applications
Manage client onboarding as new accounts are acquired in this high-growth environment
Facilitate communication between clients and the grant writing team to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met
Strong English communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions (phone video and written)
Proven experience in account management client relationship management or similar coordination roles
Excellent organizational and task management skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team collaboration
Proficiency with modern communication tools including WhatsApp video conferencing platforms and project management systems
Interest in the arts culture and nonprofit sectors is preferred
Potential for growth into grant writing responsibilities based on performance and interest
