You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPortico are currently looking for a Workplace Manager to join our small team based at a world renown banking client in Central London.
Our team work in close partnership with all service partners at the bank to deliver an exceptional working environment and seamless experience for the banks staff and visitors.
The Workplace Manager will oversee a wide scope of services that contributes towards the workplace experience including Carrying out regular audits services Deliver service against contractual KPIs and SLAs create and consistently implement SOPs for all aspects of the Workplace Service and Manage maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and translate these to the service.
Another important element of this position will be client relationship management. The Workplace Experience Manager is the most senior Portico team member on location and will liaise with the client daily cultivating a good working relationship with them remaining a consistent ambassador for Portico on site and assisting in multiple projects and workstreams.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 4 years in leadership role within a 5* corporate environment or similar role
Experience in a client/guest services role or similar role
A proven record of leading a large diverse and dynamic team
Experience of leading through change
Understanding of how day to day performance links to SLAs and KPIs Good understanding of health and safety processes and the implementation and
management of these
