You ll handle a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth scheduling and delivery of medical services. Key Responsibilities
- Draft professional email responses to booking inquiries and general correspondence
- Manage event booking requests through scheduling software
- Create preliminary medical staff rosters
- Prepare and upload invoices using templates and accounting software
- Generate draft quotes for potential clients
- Organize and manage email communications
- Assist with general admin duties and ongoing process improvements
Requirements
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong spreadsheet and data entry skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
