Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • CST business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with 1 hour of unpaid break)

Job Description

This is a career-defining opportunity to join a high-growth technology company as their inaugural Sales Development Representative. You ll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure working directly with sophisticated technical decision-makers including CTOs and heads of product. This role offers the rare chance to build and shape sales processes from scratch while selling cutting-edge integration solutions that solve real business problems. You ll be instrumental in scaling the company beyond founder-led sales implementing systematic outbound strategies and establishing the sales infrastructure that will drive future growth. The position combines the excitement of a startup environment with the stability of an established product-market fit.


Responsibilities
  • Execute full-cycle sales activities from initial lead generation through successful deal closure
  • Develop and implement comprehensive outbound prospecting strategies to identify high-value potential clients
  • Conduct strategic cold outreach campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn email and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a robust CRM system to effectively track prospects activities and sales pipeline progression
  • Engage confidently with technical decision-makers including CTOs heads of product and senior engineering leaders
  • Qualify leads thoroughly and guide prospects through a structured sales funnel process
  • Close deals independently while achieving and exceeding established sales targets and KPIs
  • Pioneer outbound sales methodologies that move the company beyond network-dependent growth
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO/founder to refine sales processes and technical positioning


Requirements
  • 3 years of proven B2B sales experience with preference for software/technology sector background
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems sales automation tools and modern sales technology stack
  • Exceptional communication skills with professional-level English proficiency and presentation abilities
  • Extensive experience with outbound sales methodologies lead generation techniques and prospecting strategies
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing complex full-cycle sales processes
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for building processes and systems from the ground up
  • Adaptability to work closely with technical teams and learn complex integration concepts
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment
