Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The role focuses on client communications payment follow-ups and light financial administrative tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring emails preparing service agreements following up on outstanding payments and recording transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the JT email inbox for client communications and updates
Draft and prepare service agreements for new and existing clients
Follow up with clients regarding pending or overdue payments in a professional and courteous manner
Record and update payment entries accurately in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Assist with light administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Support property management functions by reviewing bank statements and recording rent in Buildium and Simplified software
Prepare property management agreements and maintain accurate tenant ledgers
Provide general accounting and property management assistance as needed
Previous experience in administrative support or accounts receivable preferred
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
