Job Description

Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Salary: Php 25000 Php 35000
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PHT

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Customer Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for both new and existing customers of a well-established Australian service provider. This role is focused on handling inbound phone inquiries providing accurate service and pricing information and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting international clients especially in the Australian market and is comfortable using job management systems like Simpro or similar platforms.

Responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative:

Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers in a professional and timely manner
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries about services pricing scheduling and general information
Provide clear and helpful responses to customer questions and guide them through the service process
Accurately log inquiries interactions and follow-ups in the job management system (Simpro or similar)
Escalate complex inquiries or service requests to appropriate internal teams
Maintain a customer-focused attitude while handling multiple requests and tasks
Collaborate with the broader team to improve customer experience and service efficiency
Stay updated on company offerings service coverage and promotions

Requirements

Qualifications as a Customer Support Representative:

At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role
Experience supporting Australian or international customers in a remote setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Knowledge of Simpro or similar job management systems is a strong advantage
Familiarity with service-based industries (maintenance trades or technical support) is a plus
Excellent phone handling skills and ability to remain calm and clear under pressure
Tech-savvy and capable of learning internal systems quickly
High attention to detail and ability to follow through on customer issues
Strong English proficiency both verbal and written
