Job Description
- Lead the architecture design and development of Java/J2EE applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure adherence to best practices in coding design and application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews identify and resolve technical issues and ensure high system reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers to support their technical growth and contribute to the overall strength of the team.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Java development microservices and cloud platforms.
- 10 years of experience in Java/J2EE development with a strong background in system design and architecture.
- Proven expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Strong database skills with SQL MySQL or Oracle.
- A proactive attitude towards performance optimization debugging and problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of guiding teams and delivering complex solutions.
- Architect and build modern scalable and high-performance applications.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
