LinkedIn: As a SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Technical Consultant, you will: Administer and configure CDC Console components, including the Identity Query Tool, User Management, and UI customization through Screensets & UI Builder. Manage customer identity and site groups, API integrations, and multi-site configuration. Design and manage CDC data schema, including defining custom fields to support business requirements. Oversee Enterprise Preference Management and Consent handling processes. Support B2B CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management), including configuration of Organization Workspaces, delegated administration, member attributes, and approval workflows. Handle authorization setups, API management, and dataflows within CDC. Develop and maintain webhooks, extensions, and email templates. Integrate and configure Web SDK for client-side implementations. Implement advanced authentication mechanisms such as Risk-Based Authentication and Two-Factor Authentication. Leverage CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for connecting CDC with other systems. Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for customized enhancements and integrations. What You Bring to the Table: 8 10 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) solutions. Deep technical expertise in CDC architecture, APIs, console configuration, and CIAM (including B2B models). Hands-on experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Proficiency in managing enterprise-level consent and preference settings. Familiarity with API gateway management, dataflows, and webhook integration. Working knowledge of CPI and Web SDK integration. Good understanding of user management, organization administration, and workflow setups. General awareness of Adobe and SAP CRM environments. You should possess the ability to: Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Proactively identify and solve problems in dynamic environments. Adapt quickly to new technologies and business requirements. Deliver high-quality solutions independently or within a team setup.
