Job Description
- Lead the migration from legacy Infor Workbrain systems to the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform
- Design and tailor UKG software solutions including modules such as timekeeping scheduling Dataview reporting and analytics to meet specific client needs
- Participate across all phases of the UKG deployment lifecycle including development testing rollout and post-launch support
- Develop and execute thorough test plans managing unit integration and user acceptance testing to ensure solution accuracy and performance
- Provide post-implementation support by resolving configuration issues and assisting end users
- Deliver key project documentation such as technical specifications workflow diagrams and feature descriptions
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers to ensure effective client adoption and system usage
- Collaborate closely with project managers stakeholders and team members to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Serve as the primary contact for process improvement efforts within store operations driving enhancements and operational efficiency
- 6 8 years of hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions or UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions
- Proven expertise in designing configuring and customizing UKG modules (timekeeping scheduling Dataview analytics etc.)
- Strong experience with end-to-end implementation of UKG software including system migrations from platforms like Infor Workbrain
- Excellent understanding of test plan creation execution and defect resolution processes
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and deliver user training
- Familiarity with Java Microservices is a plus
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work independently in a fully remote environment managing deliverables and priorities
- Coordinate across teams and proactively manage risks and challenges
- Analyze complex workflows and propose optimized workforce management solutions
- Demonstrate ownership of tasks from initiation to post-implementation support
