Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to support our growth in delivering cloud-based solutions particularly Zoho business applications and HoduSoft telephony products. You will play a vital role in identifying leads closing deals and supporting clients across various industries in adopting smart business and communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Zoho (CRM Finance Desk Projects etc.) and HoduSoft (IP PBX Call Center Voice/UC solutions) products to potential clients.

  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries cold outreach social selling and networking.

  • Conduct product demos presentations and consultations tailored to client needs.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions that deliver value.

  • Follow up with prospects to drive the sales process and ensure timely conversion.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads activities and deals in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

  • Stay informed on product updates industry trends and competitors.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.

  • Passion for Sales

  • 0 -1year of experience in B2B sales preferably in SaaS or tech-based environments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Good understanding of cloud business applications and/or VoIP technologies.

  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM is an advantage.

  • Ability to understand and translate technical features into business benefits.

  • Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
