Job Description

Overview:
We are hiring a Brand/Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across a portfolio of consumer goods in the home care categories. This is a key role within a prominent organization in the FMCG industry ideal for someone passionate about brand building and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement brand strategies aimed at strengthening brand recognition and increasing sales performance.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to shape brand positioning and campaign strategies.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to packaging pricing and marketing promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing product development and manufacturing to ensure consistent brand execution.
  • Evaluate brand performance using data and analytics making informed adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
  • Serve as a brand representative at industry events exhibitions and business engagements.
  • Support a team culture of ongoing learning and staying current with market best practices.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing brands in FMCG home or personal care sectors.
  • Proven success in executing brand strategies that have delivered measurable growth.
  • Strong grasp of market dynamics consumer insights and competitive positioning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from performance data.
  • Innovative thinker capable of driving creative marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related discipline.
