We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to support the running of a well-established nursing home. Working closely with the Home Manager youll ensure high standards of care compliance and resident satisfaction while leading a committed team of staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong clinical leadership to care and nursing teams.

Support the Home Manager with compliance governance and inspection standards.

Oversee care planning risk assessments and quality assurance processes.

Promote a safe supportive and person-centred environment.
-
Supervise mentor and develop staff to reach their full potential.

Take responsibility for the home in the Managers absence.
-
Participate in the on-call rota alongside the Home Manager.
What Were Looking For
-
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a care home setting.

Strong leadership organisational and communication skills.
-
A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to excellence.
