Coordinating marketing efforts to ensure message consistency and enhance brand image.
Working on increasing customer loyalty and delivering a distinctive and consistent experience across all touchpoints.
Linking marketing objectives to the companys overall business goals and ensuring their integration.
Directing the marketing team towards innovation efficiency and achieving measurable results.
Developing and executing annual marketing plans in line with the companys vision and goals.
Developing a brand strategy that fits the target audience and competitors.
Conducting continuous market analysis to understand consumer trends and competition.
Analyzing competitors strategies in terms of offerings pricing and campaigns.
Designing measurement tools such as NPS and customer satisfaction measurement programs and market segmentation.
Providing data-driven marketing reports to support business decisions.
Leading digital and field advertising and promotional campaigns to boost sales.
Supervising the design and production of all printed and digital marketing materials.
Implementing the annual marketing calendar including seasonal events and promotions.
Collaborating with the design team and agencies to successfully execute campaigns.
Monitoring campaign performance analyzing results and providing reports to management.
Ensuring consistency of visual identity and marketing messages across all platforms.
Overseeing customer experience in stores and online platforms and continuously improving it.
Monitoring NPS indicators and promptly responding to customer feedback.
Developing and implementing a loyalty program to enhance repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing including 3 years in a leadership position preferably within the luxury food sector or retail trade.
Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management market data analysis and product launches.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading writing and speaking).
Strong skills in leadership strategic thinking and team management.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
