We re partnering with a prominent upstream oil & gas operator to find a dedicated Company Appointed Representative (FSO) responsible for overseeing daily production and cargo operations on a Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) unit. If you have the operational acumen regulatory expertise and leadership needed to manage complex offshore systems this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining production integrity and ensuring seamless export operations.
Daily Operations & Cargo Management
- Oversee comprehensive daily operations maintenance and cargo operations on the FSO
- Prepare and transmit daily ullage summaries and detailed FSO operational reports
- Ensure LACT Unit operates at maximum efficiency within design specifications
- Coordinate with lifting teams to ensure successful and safe cargo operations
Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Manage all NUPRC and regulatory agency related issues and compliance requirements
- Interface with third-party vendors government bodies and regulatory authorities
- Ensure developments and operational updates are communicated to all team members
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for regulatory and operational purposes
Process Optimization & Crisis Management
- Identify potential crisis indicators and implement proactive resolution strategies
- Manage produced water operations and advise on optimal handling procedures
- Support lifting operations and coordinate with commercial teams for cargo scheduling
- Drive continuous improvement in FSO operational efficiency and safety
Safety & Asset Management
- Maintain safe operations within company policies and industry standards
- Supervise FSO staff and coordinate operational activities
- Ensure asset integrity and optimal equipment performance
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Asset leadership

Requirements
Who You Are
- HND/Bachelors degree in marine-related or relevant engineering discipline (minimum Lower Credit/Second Class Lower)
- Certificate of Competence (CoC) as Deck or Engine Officer is mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of relevant offshore or marine operations experience
- Background or understanding of LACT Unit and cargo operations
What You Bring
- BOSIET/HUET training certification is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Excellent understanding of oil and gas industry operations and standards
- Strong technical and analytical skills for problem-solving and optimization
- Experience in regulatory compliance and stakeholder management
