We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads engaging potential clients and converting them into long-term business relationships. This role is critical in expanding our recruitment and HR consultancy services across the region.
Identify potential clients through market research networking and cold calling.
Pitch recruitment and consultancy services to companies and HR decision-makers.
Schedule and attend client meetings (physical/virtual) to understand their hiring needs.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed clients.
Maintain a CRM database of leads follow-ups and closures.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition and service sales.
Provide feedback from the market to help improve services and marketing strategies.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing HR or a related field.
0.6 to 1 year of experience in sales marketing or client-facing roles (preferred in HR services).
Freshers with strong communication and passion for sales may also be considered.
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR consultancy processes.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated organized and a team player.
