SUMMARY:
The EHR Clinical Trainer is responsible for delivering clinical and EHR training to nursing medical assistants and provider staff. This role requires a strong working knowledge of EHR policies and procedures with emphasis on performance improvement quality initiatives and documentation standards. The trainer provides instruction in alignment with clinic policies evaluates trainee progress through observation and assessment and communicates effectively with staff managers and physicians. Responsibilities include onboarding ongoing support and training for both new and existing employees and providers on EHR systems and clinical workflows.

Physical guidelines include the ability to move traverse position self remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day.
