Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is essential in maintaining an organized productive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing data entry and scheduling
Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory
Answer phone calls direct inquiries and take messages as needed
Support various departments with document preparation and internal communication
Assist in coordinating meetings appointments and office events
Ensure the office remains clean organized and welcoming to staff and visitors
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
