Were looking for a Community Wellbeing Lead to help us deepen our relationships with the communities we serve. In this role youll build trusted partnerships with community groups social agencies and whnau advocates creating strong two-way referral pathways that connect customers with the right support at the right time. Youll actively listen to community needs think creatively about new ways we can help and help translate those insights into action.
Youll also lead wellbeing-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our operational performance and customer outcomes. This role blends strategy with execution insight with empathy and community engagement with internal delivery balancing customer needs with the realities of a commercially sustainable business.
Youll be part of a passionate purpose-driven team thats redefining what customer care looks like in the energy sectorand youll have the opportunity to shape how we show up for our communities every day.

Youre someone who brings heart insight and a drive to make things better. Youve got experience in community engagement advocacy or social sector partnerships and youre confident navigating both external relationships and internal operations.
