Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Represent our client across BC & AB acting as the face of their brand.
- Conduct regular store visits to strengthen relationships build visibility and support sell-through.
- Establish and execute promotional plans in collaboration with retail partners.
- Drive speed-to-market execution for new product launches.
- Work closely with distributor reps and retail partners to maximize opportunities.
- Build and maintain a regular call cycle across your territory.
- Develop business plans and support customer-specific marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct demos staff training and consumer education events.
- Attend trade shows sales meetings and travel as needed to support regional growth.
Qualifications :
Who You Are:
- Experienced 3 years in sales or grocery retail (buyer or manager experience is a plus).
- Industry-Savvy You understand the Canadian CPG landscape especially natural foods.
- Relationship-Builder Youre a people person who connects easily with retail teams and buyers.
- Collaborative You work well with internal teams distributors and external partners.
- Results-Driven You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Food Enthusiast Youre genuinely passionate about quality natural food products.
- Road Warrior You enjoy being on the road and thrive in a field-based role.
- Adaptable Youre open to learning flexible and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Travel makes up approximately 50% of this position. This person in this role must be able to travel throughout western Canada (BC/AB) with some travel to Ontario.
Ideally we are looking at a start date in September.

Compensation:
- 60 80K depending on experience
