Job Description

  • Match job seekers with suitable employment opportunities and facilitate the application process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions job placements and program outcomes
  • Develop and nurture relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote our services
  • Stay informed about labor market trends job search strategies and employment laws
  • Participate in outreach activities and job fairs to promote employment services
  • Collaborate with program staff to understand the needs and skills of participants and match them with suitable employment opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers across various industries to create job and internship opportunities for program participants
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college or 2 years work experience in business-to-business sales marketing customer service staffing or recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills. Strong presentation skills with public speaking or outside sales experience
  • Familiarity with the communities being served with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends
  • Friendly professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Valid Drivers License in good standing and proof of current automobile insurance required
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred

***NOTE: The position will cover Moore and Montgomery counties***
