Job Description
- Plan manage and write winning proposals. Work within a structured proposal process running Proposal Kick-Off Blue Team Pink Team and Red Team reviews
- Work effectively with the entire Astroscale U.S. team including program engineering MARCOMS Policy finance contracts and senior management
- Produce professional compliant proposals for both commercial and government markets in response to RFPs RFIs RPPs RFQs and BAAs as well as unsolicited proposals
- Coordinate the creation of impactful white papers and high-profile presentations
- Assure that proposals meet a high standard of excellence and communicate value propositions win themes and discriminators within the organization
- Effectively manage multiple proposals simultaneously
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience in bid and proposal management
- Must demonstrate knowledge in the development coordination and application of proposal principles concepts regulations and practices reflecting industry-best practices such as APMP and Shipley
- Strong process and project leadership skills: organizing planning scheduling and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance is required
- Time management and scheduling skills
- Strong people leadership skills
- Excellent communication writing presentation and listening skills with the ability to establish credibility and relationships across the organization
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry
Additional Information :
Salary range: $85000 $115000. The salary range represents the low and high end of the Astroscale U.S. Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience knowledge and ability as applicable to the role.
