Responsibilities

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns determining the cause and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred)
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
