Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers providing effective and timely assistance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns determining the cause and offering appropriate solutions

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service procedures

  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
