Salary Range: $19.50 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
