Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office procedures coordinate schedules maintain records and provide general administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office files records and documentation
Schedule appointments meetings and conference calls
Draft edit and proofread documents and reports
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination
Assist with data entry billing and other clerical duties
Ensure a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
