Were seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and significantly contribute to our growth trajectory. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who can inspire and guide a team build scalable processes and drive measurable outcomes. Youll be instrumental in shaping our brand presence generating high-quality inbound leads and directly impacting our sales success.
What Youll Do
As our Head of Marketing you will be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
- Oversee and mentor a team of junior marketers providing guidance across all aspects of social media content creation newsletters and other marketing activities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with GrowthDesks overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Inbound Prospect Generation:
- Drive the execution of overall marketing priorities with a strong focus on generating high-quality inbound prospects.
- Lead initiatives to meet meeting and lead targets directly supporting overall sales initiatives.
- Marketing Operations & Automation:
- Identify and implement automation into workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Optimize processes to ensure seamless lead nurturing and hand-off to the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and maximized results.
- Work in partnership with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support the entire customer journey.
- Budget Management & Optimization:
- Monitor and meticulously track marketing budgets actively allocating resources based on performance and ROI.
- Continuously analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize spending for maximum impact.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- At least 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles preferably within B2B Technology SaaS or Agency
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive inbound lead generation and achieve sales targets.
- Deep expertise across various marketing disciplines including content marketing social media email marketing and digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and inspire a marketing team.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and budget allocation.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A proactive results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
