Email Marketing & Automation Specialist
BGC Taguig City Philippines Full-Time Full Onsite

What Youll Own
Own end-to-end execution of email campaigns in HubSpot: product nurture reactivation upsell
Design and launch lifecycle flows: onboarding expansion winback churn prevention
Build advanced segmentation behavioral triggers and personalization strategies
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT Clearbit Mutiny Seventh Sense) to optimize copy send times and engagement
Analyze and iterate campaigns based on CTOR pipeline contribution and revenue impact
Maintain list hygiene deliverability and compliance best practices
Collaborate with RevOps Sales and Product Marketing to align lifecycle with GTM strategy
Qualifications :
What You Bring
2 to 4 years of hands-on email marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
Mastery of HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaign builder workflows scoring and reporting)
Experience using AI tools to accelerate campaign development and personalization
Data-driven: you measure success in open rates conversion rates and pipeline dollars
Bonus: Experience with Zapier Looker HTML email formatting or enrichment tools
Education
Degree in Data Science Marketing Technology or Communications
HubSpot and lifecycle marketing certifications strongly preferred
