Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Implementation
- Work closely with the Sales Department to develop and implement effective sales strategies leveraging technical expertise to support the sales process.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities fostering relationships with potential clients and expanding market reach.
- Provide technical consultations to customers during key phases of the sales cycle addressing their specific needs and requirements.
Technical Training and Support
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients both on-site and at the training center covering the usage application and benefits of company products.
- Demonstrate product features to customers sharing in-depth knowledge of Beckers processes and offering technical problem-solving support.
- Perform technical scans and audits at customer locations proactively identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure product efficacy.
Innovation and Product Development
- Collaborate with the technical department to address complex technical issues and claims educating customers on effective solutions.
- Support product development by offering insights on prototype selection and assisting with test market execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather feedback from clients and report insights to the technical and product development teams for continuous improvement.
- Participate in customer meetings and events to represent the company and reinforce product value propositions.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role with a preference for experience in the coil coating or paint industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of coating chemistry polymers resins and additives.
- Experience in technical training customer support and product demonstrations.
- Ability to address complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication in English Bahasa and Mandarin as well as good interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
