You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Commissions Consultant at TAL youll play a key role in managing calculating and monitoring commission payments to our Retail distribution partners. Working closely with sales leaders and operational teams youll ensure commissions are paid accurately and on time while upholding strong governance and supporting decision-making throughout the process. This role involves engaging with advisers dealer groups and internal stakeholders on complex and sensitive matters requiring strong communication skills sound judgment and a commitment to continuous improvement across Adviser Services.
