Take the lead on revenue audits and unleash your skills in crafting cash summaries and comprehensive revenue reports that empower management decisions. Get ready to prepare deposit slips navigate credit card transactions and flawlessly reconcile deposits all while providing top-notch support for customer billing inquiries and resolving disputes. Essential Functions:

  • Performs daily revenue audits cash summaries and related revenue reports for management.
  • Prepares deposit slips for/or captures credit card billing and reconciles credit card deposits.
  • Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variances statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures.
  • Participates in Monthly Verification of Electronic Gaming Device Meters.
  • Assists in W2-G and Win/Loss statement preparation.
  • Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrahs and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.
  • Performs all related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • It is crucial to maintain a courteous telephone demeanor and to effectively engage with all customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Typing skills MS Office experience
  • Calculator skills are required. You will be required to successfully pass a 9-key calculator test during the interview process.
  • Must be detailed oriented and very organized.
  • Must be able to solve problems independently.
  • Must have good mathematical skills.

Physical Mental and Environmental Demand:

  • Lifts up to a maximum of 25 pounds and frequently lifts and/or carries objects up to 15 pounds.
  • Position requires 10% standing 80% sitting 10% walking.
  • Must be able to maneuver around office and effectively work at a desk.
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment such as a telephone calculator copy machine and various printers.
  • Requires some bending pushing twisting kneeling climbing stooping and reaching overhead.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced stressful environment.
  • Must be able to respond to touch/speech and aural and visual cues.

Shift Details:

Swing Shift: Wednesday Saturday 1:30 PM 10:00 PM (Monday- Tuesday Off)

Please note that the schedule may vary based on the businesss operational requirements so flexibility is essential.

Physical Mental & Environmental Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs.

Position requires 50% standing 50% walking.

Requires frequent bending pushing twisting kneeling climbing stooping and reaching overhead.

Must be able to respond to touch speech smell aural and visual cues.

Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 (ten) hours in length. Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke high noise levels bright lights and dust.

Must have the ability to frequently climb 4-5 (four-five) flights of stairs.

Must have the ability to frequently lift and carry beer cases kegs trays and other objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.
