About:
Seeking a highly organized Production Control Coordinator to bridge communication between Sales Scheduling and Production teams. This role ensures efficient order execution on-time delivery and internal accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between departments to align schedules and priorities
- Track job progress and address delays or bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate production schedules and updates
- Lead regular check-ins to resolve issues and monitor progress
- Improve coordination by identifying process inefficiencies
- Escalate risks and missed deadlines as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years in coordination/scheduling within manufacturing (HVAC a plus)
- Strong knowledge of production workflows and scheduling
- Excellent communication organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with cross-functional accountability
- ERP/MRP experience preferred
