Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Manager of ABM & Strategic Growth (Expansion) Initiatives to enhance our dynamic SaaS company. This role will be pivotal to driving integrated data-powered ABM campaigns that grow pipeline accelerate deal velocity and deepen customer relationships. This person will own the ABM strategy and execution of scalable ABM initiatives across our top SMB Enterprise and Commercial accounts in close partnership with global campaigns sales field marketing and product teams. You will develop cross-functional programs that deeply engage our highest-value accounts across the buyer journey and also lead the creation of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Center of Excellence for the company. Please note: This is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). 

  • Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to define our most valuable audiences develop target account strategies and bring insight-driven campaigns to life
  • Build a deep actionable understanding of our target audiences and ideal customer profiles across the Freshworks portfolio
  • Develop and maintain target account lists to support integrated ABM/digital marketing campaigns and outbound sales motions; evaluate accounts and opportunities for 1-1 motions
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops RevOps and Sales to operationalize how we target engage and measure priority accounts
  • Bring strategic POV to how we scale our approach to segmentation targeting and performance reporting
  • Strong collaboration skills with BDR or sales teams to align on outreach strategies and optimize performance
  • Implement various digital campaigns events content and thought leadership initiatives to drive engagement and interest from target accounts
  • Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools and methodologies to enhance ABM capabilities and effectiveness
  • Create models toolkits and other communication ensuring the repeatability and scale of ABM programs
  • Own pipeline and demand generation goals including increased account engagement with ABM tactics.
  • Grow the existing customer base through strategic expansion programs and digital campaigns

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in growth marketing revenue growth or marketing analytics in a SaaS environment
  • Deep knowledge of account-based strategies and integrated marketing execution. Familiarity with platforms like 6sense Demandbase Salesforce and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex audience and pipeline data into clear recommendations and roadmaps
  • Strong empathy for sellers. You know how to create marketing that fuels outbound and earns sales adoption.

Please note: This is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). 

This role is based in the Seattle Metro Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background training work experience business needs and market demand. Therefore in some circumstances the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation Package
$173900-$250010 USD Base Salary Target Bonus
