Job Description
This role supports the planning and delivery of engaging content strategies collaborating with creative teams to execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels. It helps maintain coherent messaging and strategic visibility by coordinating with internal teams partners and media. The role also monitors performance metrics to optimise communication activities in line with organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning:Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with organisational goals and campaign timelines.
- Creative Coordination:Collaborate with creative and production teams to plan and execute content shoots and oversee media coverage for key events launches and strategic initiatives.
- Collateral Development & Distribution: Manage the creation approval and dissemination of branded communication materials including social media assets event banners and marketing collateral.
- Campaign Execution:Design and implement communications strategies for impact narratives and strategic messaging across digital and traditional channels.
- Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Act as a bridge between internal teams community leads and external partners to ensure message coherence and strategic visibility. Build and nurture new and already existing relationships with media and strategic partners.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor engagement metrics and platform insights to optimise content performance. Provide regular analytics reports and strategic recommendations to the communications lead.

Qualifications :
Required Skills
- Experience in communications digital media or project co-ordination preferably in non-profit development or innovation-driven sectors.
- Strong content creation storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (Instagram X/Twitter LinkedIn Facebook YouTube) and leveraging them for strategic engagement.
