Were looking for a confident and highly organised Personal Assistant to support two senior leaders in Air New Zealands Cargo team our Tribe Lead (Cargo) and Head of Cargo Operations.
This is a 12-month fixed term role covering parental leave with time split between our Auckland Airport and Fanshawe Street offices. Youll spend at least three days a week at the Airport with the option to work from home one day a week.
About the role
A fast moving varied workload: youll manage diaries inboxes travel meetings and logistics for two senior leaders who work across a large operational footprint. Things move quickly in Cargo so we need someone who can stay ahead of the curve and keep everything on track.
Team support and coordination: youll work closely with people across the Cargo business and wider organisation making sure the right people are in the right conversations at the right time. Youll prep meeting materials chase actions and keep the wheels turning.
Clear confident communication: inbox wrangling message prioritising following up and stepping in where needed youll be across it all. Youll be a trusted go to for internal and external contacts helping your leaders stay connected and on top of what matters.
Helping leaders lead well: were after someone whos comfortable managing up knows when to ask the right questions and isnt afraid to pick up the phone to move things along.
