Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead engaging safe and effective group fitness classes.
Tailor instruction to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Foster a positive supportive environment that encourages member success.
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
Build strong relationships with members through excellent communication.
Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to feedback professionally.
Qualifications :
Skills Required:
REPS/CIMSPA Level 2 qualified and registered (essential).
Relevant discipline-specific qualification (essential).
Proven experience delivering classes in a similar role.
Strong understanding of health and safety legislation with practical application.
Awareness of different learning styles to adapt teaching methods.
Excellent communication skills: listening questioning and providing feedback.
Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.
Motivational skills to inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work varied hours to meet customer needs.
