You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have the opportunity for a Delegated Authority Analyst to join our Delegated Authority department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Delegated Authority Senior Analyst you will participate in the day to day and ongoing technical oversight of TMKs Delegated Authority Network ensuring that TMKs and Lloyds Coverholder Standards are met. You will manage the approval of new Delegated Authority relationships (Coverholders and DCAs) and embed Operational Risk Management into processes ensuring that business risks are identified reported and managed in accordance with TMK procedures.
This role includes responsibility for:
Managing administering and conducting the due diligence process for existing Coverholders and DCAs.
Managing the process for New Coverholders from initial notification of the opportunity through to gaining internal and Lloyds approval.
Conducting contract reviews to ensure the contract meets TMK standards and has the appropriate clauses for the business to be written. Contracts include Binding Authority Agreements Lineslips and Consortiums.
Communicating developments in delegated authority business to the appropriate stakeholders within and outside of the business.
Administering run-off procedures when a binding authority comes to an end.
Providing support for to the wider Delegated Authority department where required.
Presenting at internal committees and forums when required.
Escalation of Coverholder issues to the appropriate forums.
Ensuring fair customer outcomes & commerciality when decision making.
To have a clear understanding of the companys risk appetites in terms of delegated authority conduct and financial crime.
The successful candidate will have appropriate knowledge of Lloyds market and Delegated Authorities. They will have excellent organisational and administrative skills including the use of Microsoft Office. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills with a process driven mindset.
