You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Integrated Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist Generalist or Admin managing workflows users and integrations.
- Experience working with both D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) businesses understanding their different strategies and needs.
- Proficiency in using HubSpots Marketing Hub and related functionalities.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to design efficient workflow processes.
- Future-oriented mindset with a focus on building scalable solutions and doing things right the first time.
- Experience with integrations APIs and marketing automation to connect HubSpot with other tools and systems effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with related marketing tools and CRMs is desirable.
- Proficiency in English.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Act as the main HubSpot Admin for the company managing platform configuration user permissions and integrations to ensure effective use across teams.
- Design implement and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns within HubSpot.
- Manage and optimize integrations and API connections between HubSpot and other marketing sales or operational tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize email marketing lead nurturing and lead scoring strategies.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns utilizing HubSpots analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
- Maintain and segment contact databases to ensure personalized and targeted communication strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content tailored for automated campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation HubSpot functionalities and integration capabilities.
