The work:
As an Business Agility Practitioner you will be at the forefront of implementing agile methodologies within a dynamic team environment. Your role will involve close collaboration with team members to support agile and scrum practices ensuring that organizational policies are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
- You will be expected to utilize your analytical skills to assess project progress identify potential roadblocks and propose actionable solutions.
- Your ability to organize and prioritize tasks will be crucial in maintaining the teams efficiency and effectiveness.
- To excel in this position you should be well-versed in agile frameworks and possess a strong understanding of scrum principles.
- Familiarity with policy support within an agile context will be beneficial as you will be instrumental in aligning team activities with organizational standards.
- You will be handling sensitive information and must ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Being a team player is paramount as the success of agile practices hinges on collaborative effort and open communication.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in driving business agility and transformation
- Prior experience with client facing responsibilities such as tracking requirements and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with intel analysis
- Experience with security classification
- Certifications preferred are and of the following: PMI Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Project Management Practitioner (PMP) SAFe Agilist AgilePM Agile Coach ICP-ATF or ICP-AC
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have TS/SCI federal security clearance
As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia is:
$100300 - $150100 USD
